Two errors in the June 21, 2005 minutes were noted; the reference to the slightly higher meal cost and Radisson working with the Golddiggers was in reference to the Golddiggers banquet, not the spring tournament and should be removed; DuAnn will not be doing the varsity-alum post-match reception on August 27, 2005, and will be coordinating the 1st practice/dinner.

John Thompson moved to approve the minutes with those two corrections; seconded by John Oravis; motion carried.

Old Business.

The 1st practice/dinner was reviewed.

John Thompson presented the survey information for road trips to various matches. The consensus seemed to be for the Wisconsin-Northwestern weekend trip. John Thompson, Larry Mickelson and Nao Ikeda will coordinate efforts for the possible road trip.

New Business.

There was discussion concerning the ongoing fundraising meetings, including the Golddigger-Gold Country Partnership. John Thompson will put together a draft definition of a corporate membership to be circulated amongst board members for comment and ultimate decision.

John Oravis will make inquiry as to a possible team banner for display in the Sports Pavillion.

A possible pre-match picnic on Labor Day before the Neb.-Minn. match was discussed and will be further investigated.
